KE2540C Transformer DC Resistance Tester (AC/DC Dual Use)

I. Product Overview
    Measuring the DC resistance of windings is one of the routine tests for transformers. Its primary purpose is to check the quality of connections or mechanical characteristics between windings and leads, as well as the balance of resistance among different phase windings, to ensure the safe operation of transformers.
    Our independently developed and produced KE2540C Transformer DC Resistance Tester adopts a dual ARM core to control the entire unit, automatically performing functions such as self-calibration, steady current judgment, data processing, and resistance display. It can measure the DC resistance of various types of transformers and mutual inductors. 

     The instrument can operate directly using the internal lithium battery, greatly facilitating on-site testing for field personnel.
